Tabitha A. Scott, CEM, CDSM


As former CEO of Military Assistance Company and SVP Innovation & Sustainability at global companies Balfour Beatty Investments and Lend Lease Americas, Tabitha leverages years of successful experience with innovation program design, implementation, and leadership, as well as actualizing employee potential through inclusion. She has created profitable organizational models that target director strategies while growing individual employee contributions.

Tabitha created Cole Scott Group to accelerate the adoption of innovation and inclusion in the workforce through new science and tools that improve corporate agility. She is an international advisor and speaker on change management, innovation, and sustainability with several original published works and blogs.

  • Created “Switch4Good” smart tech and big data (IoT) behavior change program in Southeast U.S. that reduced energy consumption by 10% with no efficiency retrofits—the next generation program was demonstrated at the White House for its success.
  • First DOD electronic payments program concept, development and implementation for $15 Billion Army Housing Privatization Program pilot.
  • World’s largest rooftop solar-powered community at Fort Bliss, TX–idea generation, business model, change management and coordinating outreach.
  • Award-winning “SYNERGY” behavior change program engaged company employees and community residents in ~40,000 homes. Program was included in the Climate Protection Manual (distributed to over 700 cities worldwide).
  • Design and implementation of international Innovation Lab “iLab”—worked with directors to refine market strategy then employees to turn potential into performance with cognitive tools and talent development.

Tabitha currently serves on the Advisory Board for Nexceris technologies. She was also a member of the prestigious National Automated Clearing House Association’s Government Advisory Board, the Government Electronics Industry Association Board of Directors, the Military Comptrollers Society, the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management Faculty, and a practitioner faculty adviser for the Institute of Sustainable Development at Lipscomb University in Nashville.

She holds a BS in Finance from the University of Louisville, an MBA from Fairfield University, and a Masters in Bank Management from CBA’s Graduate School of Retail Bank Management held at the University of Virginia. Tabitha is also a credentialed Human Insight’s AEM Cube & Growth Curve consultant.
