September 10th, 2015, Tabitha Scott joined the Israel Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Milken Innovation Center for an invitation-only Financial Innovations Lab to address financial tools needed to encourage green building technologies and construction practices in the Israeli residential housing market.
The select group shared creative financial models, such as third-party owned renewable energy assets, that allow developers and owners to build and maintain sustainable communities. Through work on over 80,000 U.S. homes over the last 12 years, Scott has learned a great deal about energy and water efficiency. It was an honor to collaborate with financial and energy experts across the globe at this event.
