The Urban Land Institute Nashville Chapter held a forum for the 7 Mayoral Candidates on 24 March, 2015. The forum included questions representing the 350 ULI member leaders in the real estate and property sector across Middle TN. As moderator of the event, it was an ideal opportunity to learn more about the key challenges facing a vibrant, growing community. Key topics included: aging infrastructure, mass transit opportunities, education and parking. The entire mayoral forum video may be viewed here.
